FEP Backorder?!?

I'm having some trouble getting through to fep by phone and e-mail.
i ordered one of there bionic headlocs on Feb 15th and it is yet to ship.
is anybody else having this kind of problem with backorders.
would like to get some help with this issue if any one has some to offer.

Hey sorry about he mix up....i don't handle the web page orders, but i do know that we are getting bionic headlocks in sometime next week.....the dude that makes them for us is a freeking slacker....you know who you are!!!!

I will be sure to fill your order next week, Oh and by the way we are out of the office today and for the rest of the weekend...HB-NPPL be back in full force come monday....will also be shipping out body kit's next week for you folks that ordered them.....the Jacsonville Gats are off the chain....

Slacker might not be the best description, maybe "deadline deficient" would be a better one to use. Just a thought though. I can say quality takes time and requires a couple of components. One of them was missing... and the man in charge knows what that was.
