ETEK VS QUEST

ETEK:

reasonably quick
Nice grips (feels more ergonomic)
stacked tube
slimmer eye covers
longer lpr
a little better reg (doesnt beat my cp though)
ram is very smooth
bolt is ok, but it will sometimes chop due to the ego's rough nature with paint
has some kick. its like a very smooth spyder. (theres kick, but its not jerky)
ram has 3 orings
bolt has none
uses Nubbins for detents (they wear out)
has a smaller trigger guard


QUEST:

Nice humped frame.
mediocre grips
dump chamber marker
stubby lpr, that isnt in the way
body is 1/4 inch wider than etek.
body is as long as the etek
VERY smooth shots (mine runs at 35psi)
better efficeintcy than etek (with goldmember of course)
better detents
more orings inside (A little too dependant)
doesnt chop at all
has better eyes (ego eyes seem a little cheap)
has a huge trigger guard (doesnt mess with your middle finger while walking the trigger
Better Trigger (has roller bearins)
more compact feeling
more tight feeling

op. system: quest, less recoil
width: etek
hieght: quest

overall feel: quest feels tighter
stock barrel: quest. its 689, and it is better honed
feedneck: etek

flow/appeal to the eyes: etek

PS. whilst typing this review i forgot i had a bowl of honey-nut cheerios sitting on the table. they are now soggy :(
