View Full Version : New to the FEP family...any suggestions

hey guys..i just closed a deal for my ul'd pm6 for a gen3 quest....the quest is stock. do u guys have any suggestions regarding recomended basic upgrades...i no the goldmember bolt is a good one...or if anyone has made a similar transition...wat to look out for.

new reg is all i'd suggest, everything else is personal preference.

The stock reg is a decent reg.Keeps up with the ROF.Def a barrel kit.The Quest barrel kit is nice,matches the gun.Snatch pin for the rear bolt for ease of maintenance.Goldmember bolt to gain more shots from your air.Stingerpaintball makes custom grips.Its all personal preference.Its a great gun stock.

Indeed a nice barrel kit is essential for top performance of any marker. You dont have to be crazy and have 7 bores like me (:D ) but having 3-5 bore choices will drastically improve your accuracy and efficiency.


My suggestions:
FEP 007 barrel kit
Powerlyte Scepter (My current kit, 7 sleeve-w/14 and 16" tip choice)
Redz Peppersticks
Stiffi switch kit
CP 5 bore barrel kit (cough cough like the one in my sig...cough cough)
*cheap option=Evil Pipe, lost popularity for who knows why, I owned one back in the day, more than worth the $50 price tag I have seen.

stock reg is fine but macro placement FTL. I'm also a CP/hyper2 kinda guy, brand new cp, after one hopper it had my dm3 shooting +/- 2. cant beat that.
