Leakage on Icon E

My $5 Icon E is leaking bad. I lubed up everything but I still have a huge leak. It's coming out of the feedneck/barrel. I didn't see any missing/broken o-rings and my valve is in correctly so I can't pinpoint the problem.

EDIT: Found a manual on line, says its the cupseal. How can I tell if its bad?

Its the cupseal, is it dry or cracked? You can try to lube it and hope it reseals. Best bet is just to change it...
or I'll buy it :)

Is the 4-sided part the cupseal?

I've never taken my Icon E out of the package... so I don't know, yeah Suffolk County

im pretty sure thats the cupseal. check the parts index in ur manual. If u dont hav it anymore u could probably find 1 if u google it.
