ion triggers will NOT fit epiphanys and epiphany triggers will not fit ion frames

for you epiphany owners how is the stock trigger frame/trigger?

it looks pretty sick. i'm kind of looking for an affordable back up.

ya, the epiphany frame and trigger is one of the most comfy frames imo. Better than Ul frames.

I'd take an epiphany any day, although it is like an Ion, its def cheaper to just go w/ the epiphany bcz you'll spend atleast $350 making an Ion like an epiphany (frame, trigger, bolt, freak, plus it has the on/off w/ integrated rail =).

I heard that the trigger pin is conical, like a Ul frame, so the triggers aren't interchangeable, but that being why there is no side-side play in the trigger.

ive shot the epiphany and i have an ion and the epip is pretty much a pimped-out ion. no joke.

but like ncontrol just stated. you going to spend more just trying to get the ion to the epiphanys level...

if you want to build a complete custom ion that would cost more but it might perform a little better however its still not going to feel like an epi frame or trigger

That's actually some useful information.

A lot of people like the way Ion's shoot. =)

I for one love them. And I hear with the new trigger it's amazing.

Also, I do believe you can put Ion triggers on the Epiphany, just not the epiphany trigger on the Ion. The shape is different and uses a different style, yet has the same essential method of hitting the micro-switch.

If at all possible I will sell my gun rather soon and purchase an Epiphany. If not then I'll win one at the upcoming tournament. =)

Out FingerLock triggers work fine with both the Ion and Epiphany. Because of the unique pivot mount method, it is one of the few that will. :)
