problems with goldmember bolt

i was playing with my quest the other day and i noticed it getting drop off and it was leaking out the barrel. i went off the field to look at the bolt only to notice that my goldmember literally blew in half right inside my gun. luckily i still had the stock bolt and i put that in and it shot fine the rest of the day.

anyway i could get this replaced by FEP..? i still have the goldmember bolt (in 2 pieces).
