plz help bolt stick

alright i played today and my bolt keep sticking forward i would unscrew the bolt guide then it would work but then it sounded real loud in the gun like metal hitting metal i dont know what the problem is if any of yall have had the same problem let me know

bad orings or a cracked bolt, i had the same problem, fep told me it was just my orings even though none of them were damaged, idk.

make sure the plastic bumper is in the guide in the back?
