rebel's valve stem any good?

I have acquired a vertical rebel..and the valve stem and cup seal are all crappy plastic. Will this be fine, or should I replace it?

If it doesn't leak, then don't fit it. Once it breaks then get a better one, but the stock cup seals should be fine
