the guy i bought it from said it had the newer goldmember in it but im just checking to make sure it is...i dont believe it is but idc i just need to know if i have to buy one or not

That's the stock bolt by the looks of it. It's NOT the Goldmember bolt. The new Platinum Goldmember bolts are just like the Goldmembers, except a bit thicker and not gold. Goldmembers have that first o-ring pushed back towards the air slots.

That is the stock bolt and it looks like the first Gen too. my bolt which was a first Gen broke.

This is the stock bolt and NOT the new Platinum GM bolt either... The new Platinum BM moves the FRONT o-ring back to just before the long slits... Note the original bolt and original GM bolt has the forward 0-ring just at the next to the taper where the bolt thins down (front).

Just so you can see the difference. Right off the FEP website. Color aside, see where the o-ring slots are?
