Hey,

Okay...my quest has been down for like...hrmm...well over a moth, maybe a little longer.

Anyways,
I came to the conclusion that I had a bad LPR spring, as I was told by other members here in the FEP forum. So, the next day after I found out what the problem was I called FEP and they said they'd send me a spring the next day. Gave them the address and everything guy said it would be out the next day. about two weeks go by with no spring. I call again, same thing. Another two weeks or so have gone by and im still without a stupid spring and im stuck with a quest that doesnt work.

what should i do?
call again?
im just getting tired of waiting to use my quest again.

over a month and ive called and given my address twice. i need quicker results.

truth is, you cant do much. the only way you can get quicker results is to go down there yourself. fep is a busy company, but they hold true to their word. i would call just one last time if nothing comes within the next week and explain to them your discomfort.

it took fep about a month to send me my goldmember when i originally ordered it, but i got it. i'd wait it out a little bit more and see what happened
