Barrel Leak? Help please.

Hey guys,

I'm having an issue with a barrel leak, I checked all my o-rings (bolt, hpr, lpr, etc) and its still leaking, I don't see any pressure in the lpr guage. The bolt seems to fire when it initially gasses up, but then just leaks continously. Help? Suggestions?

relube all your orings. bolt and bolt pin. pay special attention to the middle pin oring. if that doesnt fix it, replace them. your reg orings probably werent ever the problem. hopefully you dont have them all tuned out of whack.

Thats my blue, she was fine when I sent her so I wouldnt worry. I bet a bolt guide oring tore, or just plain needs replacing. If you need more orings I will grab them from my parts kit and send them out.

She has never had a single issue, hells shes practically brand new. If you replace all the orings and still have trouble I will pay for it to be sent to Rich/Dale @ FEP.

I had the same prob. I replaced both front o-rings on the bolt and pin and the rear o-ring on pin. Problem fixed. Right out of the manual.

Use that Maintenance mode people! Awesome feature I use it all the time to figure out if something needs replacing.

I replaced all the O-rings, now seems like its leaking from trigger frame.
