So this weekend I was getting ready to play with the Quest. Aired it up and I had a leak through the trigger frame. Pulled out the bolt and snatch pin and replaced both front o-rings, went to air up again and no leak.

But when I turned on my Quest and pulled the trigger, nothing happened. This was with the eyes off. So I turned them back on put some paint in, and still nothing. It shows that a ball is there but nothing happens. Looked in the manual and followed the steps. I changed out the battery and still nothing. I increased my dwell from stock to 10, still nothing. Made sure I didn't over lube, check the HPR and LPR and still nothing. Check the wires coming from the solenoid and nothing looks like they are broken or came out of the board. My lpr was set at 90, raised it to 100 and still nothing. I even back out both the lpr and hpr and started over just like I got the marker for the first time, and still nothing.

I have put about 5 cases through it with no problems till this weekend.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does the Solenoid click? The solenoid wires may be broken under the heat shrink on the terminals. Also try pushing the orange test button on the solenoid.

The silenoid doesn't click. I will try pushing the test button. Thanks.

I would recommend taking the noid out and just shipping that back instead of the whole gun. Its a really simple fix for FEP to do and you'll be up and running in a few days. FEPs great.

Well I talked to Dale today and checked the wires and board, but couldn't see anything wrong. So I am sending it in to FEP, so they can look at it. Thanks to those that replied.

Received my Quest back from FEP. They had to replace the board. Thanks to FEP for getting this done quickly and keeping me informed throughout the process. Another A++++++ for FEP's customer service.
