Hey I made a post earlier about how my gun got damaged the first day I bought it, your Customer Service responded quickly and for that I am grateful I have had nothing but a good experiance with FEP you guys had it fixed up quicker then I thought and back in hte mail.

However at this point I am getting worried.

I sent my gun from Canada to your factory (2-3 days) It cost me $15 dollars Canadian to ship that gun ($10 US?)

I was told that the gun was going out the next day and that the issue was resolved. It has now been 2 weeks, I check my mail, no gun no words.

I know its not your fault but I mean I spent $1000 dollars to shoot the gun for 30 minutes at a practice only to have to send it across the country and have the USPS lose my gun possibly on return shipping. Really at this point I am at a loss of words.

I am going to give it another week at that point I dont know what to do, I saved my money during the summer to buy that gun which is why I know I probably could have waited another week to make a post but still how was it shipped USPS ground? do you have a tracking #?

I have my RMA # and a tracking # from when I originally sent the Quest any words back would be grateful.

Dude should'nt you say you got "USPS'd" Its a good possibility it is being held by customs. All and all i hope you get you marker back, I would hate to lose my Quest.

Or you know, you could call FEP and ask them about the status of your gun. Then figure out what's up.

bobide or consider I said I am going to wait another week because its USPS and I have had parcels take time before.

Thanks for the input though kid the reason I posted this is just to voice my concern not say I havent got it 2 weeks is a long time though.

Yeah, but if you called richard or dale, I bet they could give you shipping specifics, and you'd know what is really up!

I had a overnight take 3 days b/c UPS missed a pick up in California....

Call and get it handled... your patience is quite impressive.

Be thankful that you bought a gun from FEP, a company that prides itself in customer service. I'm sure that getting you your gun back ASAP from FEP is not the problem. Shipping something from Cananda to the US and back, is the problem. If it was shipped via USPS, and you have a tracking #, PM me the info and i'll see if I can find out anything. Also, try contacting your local PO, they may have attempted it only once with no notification. Let them know that you are expecting a very important parcel...Once FEP sent it out, it was out of their hands..GL

i think the shipping agencies(whichever one you use) looks for stuff thats not insured(or "overly") and looks like it might be worth money(i.e. my grips and board) and then five fingers it. most likely yours is tied up in customs and it will take a little longer to get to you. just call fep and see if they can give you any specifics about it.

reason I didnt insure it

If it is insured they do border dutys on it, if it is not they dont.

The fact is I sent it 2-3 day because I didnt insure it, I have never lost a parcel yet and still didnt. They got the gun.

you got lucky. mine(grips and board) got lost in the mail and i didnt insure it. so im kinda screwed there. but just give it time and it should show up according to what you say.
