Well, it just came in the mail. I havent had time to shoot it yet but i will later today. I just felt like posting my first impressions.
I ordered a ts in blizzard from paintballadrenaline.com . The first thing i noticed was that the package was very nice with molded foam to protect my gun. Also i noticed that i got a gas through grip even though i did not order or pay for one, a very nice surprise. I was slightly disappointed however in the anno. Though one side came out very nicely, the other has 3 quarter-sized areas that are completely silver. I guess its not that big of a deal, but it makes it look kind of cheesy when the anno is uneven like that. I also do not have the little tear drops milled in in front of my ball detents. The barrel it came with was very nice. The anno is even and the inside looks almost as smooth as my dye aluminum. Though i havent shot the gun yet, it looks like it should be fairly accurate with the stock barrel. The trigger is also very nice. Though, it is rather heavy it is short and smooth and I can imagine that I will be able to get a decent rate of fire on it once it breaks in a little. The drop is very nice. Longer than it seems in the pictures and comparable to similar styled drops. I like the houge grips it comes with and i really dont think its worth replacing them with stickies. Though the vari-grip neck is bit too tight for my revy, I like the fact that I can hold my gun up by the hopper. It holds it very well. I will post more about its actual performance once i test it tonight.

Ok, well I just went out and shot a 100rnd tube through my TS. The trigger was pretty damn stiff so I couldn't fire it as fast as I would have liked to. I was probably getting bursts at around 5bps, though, so it wasn't so bad. I used a remote hose going to a 20oz co2 tank in my harness. I shot all 100 rounds in around a minute withought any sign of freeze up. The barrel got a little cold but nothing more. I did not chop or skip a single shot (im using a 12vt revy with PMI premium paint). The accuracy of the stock barrel was fair. Not the most accurate thing I've shot, but good enough that replacing it is not a necessity. I was able to hit an average sized tree from about 50 feet with relative ease so you should have no problem hitting another player within a couple of shots. The gun is rather loud but a new barrel could quite it down considerably. Its not shotgun-loud, but if you shoot someone while in the woods, they will know where you are. Also, as I said before, it seems that my hopper neck is a bit too big for the vari-grip feed so I will have to sand it down a little bit. I could barely get my hopper out, and it took considerable force to do so. Overall I am satisfied. From my initial impressions, it seems like this marker could compete with others more than twice its price. Im sure that once I get used to the short, crisp, trigger pull I should be able to rip off 8-10 bps, plenty fast for most applications. I will post more once I play with it (hopefully this coming weekend).

The trigger breaks in very fast. I got mine for christmas and I can shoot with ease. The bolt also seems to have let up. Much easier to pull back. Oh ya, my ano on my barrel is all messed up. O well, I'm getting a new one anyways.

Whats messed up about your barrel? Is it just blotches of one color like with my gun?

There is a long streak of all light green down the whole barrel. If I can get my scanner working I'll try, that or just send it in with my tear drop and let you guys decide.

Thats the problem with blizzard and camo. They are unpredictable. It might come out very ncie but it might not.

I had the same problem with my revy. I found that removing the top o-ring in the feed tube allows me to slip my hopper on easily, but still have a nice, tight grip. Im really enjoying my Sunburst TS. With a 16oz chrome-moly on my TS it is very compact but still has a good shot capacity. I can't wait to take it to the field a second time this Saturday. Turned a lot of heads last time I played :D

Atreides - Welcome to the forum!
Thanks for the tip, I'll have to try that. On a side note, anyone else find it wierd that all of the gun's orings are rubber? Ususally the main moving parts have some urethane orings.
