i have a quest, and i heard the bounce was only on the WAS boards because of the lighter microswitch. i have an original board and it doesn't bounce at all.

well it might come with the original board (not WAS) or you can call FEP and i'm sure for a small fee they'll send you one.

bounce is 2 things, Trigger Adjustment and Debounce. To fix Most problems u just need to back out the Allen that hits the Mircro switch.

I can't move the allen that hits the micro switch on mine for some reason lol. It just won't budge.

My Quest had a little bounce out of the box but I adjusted the trigger more to my liking and upped the debounce 2 notches above stock. No Bounce anymore.

I just won a quest in a tourney 2 weeks ago. I have yet to shoot it or air it up. How do I know what board I have in my quest?

open it up, if their's a chip you have the bounce-free but slightly lesss adjustable board, if their's no chip you have the WAS board

it might not bounce, mine doesn't, and didn't stock, but yeah definetly look into a nox chip.

either upgraded or has nox chip
no thats the original board, the one gen 1+2 quests have in them. gen 3's have the WAS board. if your gun has bounce issues with that board i'd strongly suggest the nox chip

bounce is when you press the trigger once/pull it in a certain way and it will shoot more than once. If you hit your gun, hit the tank, move your gun up and down and it shoots, that is not bounce. Bounce is extra registered shots from one pull. Ive never seen a gun bounce with it set correctly, back out your activation screw a bit, i bet that will remove your bounce problems.
