hey i just traded for a quest. i cant wait to get it becuase i have heard great things about it. but i was just wondering if there was anything i should watch out for on the quest. im a pretty good tech and can usually fix just about anything unless its a defect. so hopefully it wont give me any problems.

See Lu's thread on new members... Keep the LPR at 90-100 for a while (depending on how much the gun is broken in)... Lube it lube it lube it!

ya, pretty much just some hater sauce. keep it well lubed(it needs to be lubed fairly frequently(every other case or so) depending on your lube habits). but its so damn easy, its not really a problem. might need to use more lube than you think you should. DEFINITELY READ lu adaks thread for new users. also read and understand the manual. you can find a copy in the stickies here. make sure you get the right manual for your board. any orings you need that arent in your dm kit you can get at a good hardware store in the plumbing section(faucet repair), or on markerkits.com. theres a couple other complaints others might mention, but overall its an outstanding gun. my current bitch is with the fookin post office for losing my shit!(kick them sunsabitches in the jimmy!!!) not the gun or fep.

The Quest is Designed with Simplicity in Mind.. Pictures Dont Show it in all of its Glory. you Know.. You can get all of the orings you Need to Work the Marker at Home depot.. Sounds like A Cheap Idea but ITs Really Genius... Full Rebuild Kit 10x for 4$ at home depot.. Hell I havent had to Replace one oring yet in the 30+ Case's ive put thru mine...

yeah i had a dm5 and the resale sucks on them, 50% after only one year, the 05 egos are almost 2 years old and their resale just hit 50%
