hey, i know theres a few of us in here, just though this would be a good place to discuss upcomming events that us quest owners are going to and stuff liek that...

anyway all of you that are goign to pevs on monday what time are you planning on going? me and my friend are probably going to be going around 5:45 -6ish.

if this isnt alowed in the quest forums mods feel free to close/delete, we had somthing liek this in the alien forums and it didnt seem like there was any problems with it.

actually wait at work i was told it was going to be closed for a couple of months bc they are putting down new grass like turf ((thank god)) and building a regulation x-ball feild and two smaller fields but on the site it said it will be open monday so can someone find out and tell me bc i really need to play and hivo sucks

yeh like when they got rid of "team night" 55 bucks for xball and admission, but forgot to tell anyone, so i came to play with just enough money and turns out i didnt have enough becasue i had to pay admisssion and for a case of paint ended up costing me like 85 bucks:tdown:

Hey, I just moved to the area and was wondering if any of you could point me in the direction of a nice field. I moved from TX where PB is competively priced... but around these parts it seems pretty steep. What's the best bang for buck tourny style? Thanks for the help - hope to see on the field.

imo hauppauge indoor has the best fields for tourny styled play, but HIVI outdoor in coram just got a new tourny field that i'm hoping to get to try out soon. theres also hivi indoor in bayshore thats nicely priced, but its like playing in a hallway. theres another outdoor field in coram, but its mainly scenario although they have like 2 tourny fields (3 man and i think 7 man?) and then theres arena but i'm not sure where thats located, i think babylon or something.

Team practice is usually on sunday and we have like 2 D2 and 1 or 2 D3 PSP teams that practice. We also have the PTS series which is a three man tourney once a month for people with no national exp. which usually work out nice. Cousins/Pevs indoor in Hauppauge is the best tourny feild in the area and with their new renivasions it should be great.

Hopefully it will be open tomorrow i would love to play on brand new turf

Are you talking about Cousins Paintball? I think I stopped by that field last week to check it out. Not a bad setup, but not as many people there as I expected (After dark on Sat). They are FPO on the weekends correct (how much per case/entry)?

I played tourny ball for 3 years, so I'm hoping to find a nice competitive place - not that recball can't be fun ... but to me it's all about improving my game.

On outdoor our busy season is during the fall and spring. On saturay we only had about 17 people were sometimes we get around 100. But on our Dark Ops field we had around 80 i think. Yea on at the outdoor its byop if you have your own eqipment and there is a Cousin shop right around the corner that has a good range of paint. it think its the same at the indoor but im not sure. Monday at indoor is BYOP!

haha yeah i hate it when shit ends up inside my goggles, the outside is much easier to clean but your lenses come off pretty easily so you don't have to worry.
edit: my dad hates me selling and trading shit too, but he allows it.

edit: yeah james is nice, hes the owners son i was talking to the owner at hivi outdoor. and i noticed some of the people working at pevs indoor werent that nice too. the outdoor guys were always nice to me though.
