Yeah, my goldmember snapped :( And I have a tourney on Saturday :(
But I'm not worried. I have ZERO percent worry because I know the guys will help me out =)

It was just really weird because I've played with this goldmember for...weeks and weeks and it's been fine. I thought the problematic ones snapped on first use.

Mine snapped at the urethane oring. Is that where the others did too?

Man...hannah said I have to send mine in before they'll send one out. So much for getting it by the tournament this weekend =*(.

Especially since the wife has the car and I can't get to the freakin post office today before it closes.

That would be aaaaawesome. I'm going to ship it back to you tomorrow morning Priority Mail anyway. It's just if you wait till it gets to you on Thursday I probably wouldn't see a replacement before the weekend, which was the concern.

Thanks for looking out for me, knew you guys would!

Okay, some damage to parts other than the bolt. I think just cosmetic though? Things seem smooth, except for maybe the pin. That gives me the thought I should test it in Maintenance mode and see if it leaks. I'll do that when I get home from work.

Now that I think back, I think there were corresponding scratches on the bolt when it broke. A few on the inside and a few on the tip.

These pics are of

1) the inside of my breech by the eye/detent notice obvious color change to silver in the scratched area:

2) The middle oring of my stock pin scratches go horizontally (I don't have a snatch pin):

PS: Click the picture once and then click it again to make it biggest for best resolution and least blurriness!

Not really a big issue. The o-ring on the pin is what contacts the bolt and there is nothing to seal in that part of the breech so you should be just fine.

Yeah that's what I figured...cosmetic. Awesome macro pictures from the camera though, huh? =) I just figured I'd post them since I had mentioned it. the scratches on the front are still perfectly smooth...heck it didnt' even scratch the detent hehe. I shot a bunch through it with the stock bolt and as usual no ball breaks!

Thanks so much for helping me out Rich!!!!!!!

And a few more !!!! for emphasis.
