alright well i have there PO box number but, does anybody know there adress. so i can send ups. because ups wont deliver to a PO box.
is this it? 1601 Pacific Ave. #204. i tried calling and got an automated recording. and i want to ship off today. so i have a chance of getting it back by next friday

alright i just didnt know where to send the marker. i can send the warranty card in the box with the marker right?

Yup and that is where you send it.

You do have an RMA number right? Or else they'll just send it back to you.

i just called and got it (rma)
he said just sharpie it on the outside of the box

Yupper cool. I put my rma number like 5 of 6 sides on the box. probably not necessary but it makes me feel better =)

they're great to call and a great company to ship to for a fix. no stupid weeks and weeks with no response like smart parts.
