Ok i was just wondering if you can put the wicked solonoid in a quest? since it has a w.a.s. board i figured u could. now if u did put a wicked solonoid in a quest would it make it shoot faster? or is the gun not capable of cycling that fast? cuz i saw a vid of the new infinity legend with a w.a.s. board and wicked solonoid and it was soooo fast, even in semi. i was just wondering if the quest can do that? thanks

Right now the "Wicket" noid (its just a MAC niod that WAS is hyping the crap out of) does not come in a direct mount to allow you to bolt it directly to the quest.

ya what Grem Says.
If it Does fit on it will Up the Bps past the 22 the Noids capped at.since the Was>Mac< noid is capped at like 100bps The marker will be Limited by Hopper / Marker Cycle Capability.. i dont think Dump Chambers have been Tested Much past 22 Bps..

The Alien line seems decent to me but I have yet to use any of them so I cant say one way or the other

well i have owned the remains and the interceptor i just wanted to see if yall had any other ideas for me. but they are excellent guns, rite now they are equal to the quest for me. its like an ego cept easier to maintain and faster cuz it has that w.a.s. board and solonoid.

Im not To interested in Speed.. if it was capped at 15 Id be happy... Im more concerned with Maintain Etc.. it Is a Ram Style so it should be Reliable in all Conditons.. they are cheap like 820 with Color kit.. id pick one up if i had the Cash but thats a Chunk for me...

I ALMOST bought an Alien at Boston. I almost bought a black/blue quest as well, but the guys packed up and left before I got there :*(. It was so mine too...
Anyway, the reason why I decided not to: Weight. It was so, so light. But do you know why it was so light? Because the one at the booth had a halo... with no internals (No spring, no motor, no board). Neither did the Alien- The only internals was the bolt. Same for the air tank, even- the reg didn't even have the internals. All to make it seem so stupidly light that you would buy one. It's jerking potential customers around like that that makes me shy away from a product. They just didn't seem very honest.
Alas, I miss 'my' black and blue (or even the red and blue) quest.

i havent seen the size of a shokcer noid but couldnt you retro fit different wire conectors to the noid? its spool valved as well so there wouldnt be no complications

I don't think this would work both physically and electronically. I'm fairly sure the solenoids have different port layouts and shocker solenoids have a seperate board on them.
