Bolt o-rings???

Which o-ring on the bolt is the urethane o-ring? In the tech guide I see what looks like a urethane ring but it isn't labeled as so.

I meant what number o-ring. Like 015 or 017. I don't have a quest but am making o-ring kits for them so saying the middle one doesn't really help me. Thanks
