Has anyone run co2 through a sniper 2? If so does it harm the gun, or have any ill effects? Does the inline regulator work on both co2 and nitro?

m friend use c02 on his cocker. It seems to work well. It really depends on where you live. Try using a remote, but I think you shoul be fine. Might want an anti siphon if its on gun setup

Its not good to play in the rain because when your barrel gets wet balls curve like mad. So you should clean ou the barrel alot. I dont think rain is bad on co2

most guns work fine on co2, even some that arent supposed to, if yoou set it up right. the sniper2 works fine on co2, just have a tank set-up with an anti-siphon tube, it should be set-up for your particular gun. remember that sniper2's were made before n2o systems and new guns are not much different than the old ones. shane.

What on earth is a anti siphon tube?, where can you get one?, and for how much?
I have seen anit-siphon tanks but not tubes.

ok if you have like a WGP reg like i do CO2 works GREAT! but on the stock ss gas threw type thingy its ok but nitro wouldnt help ALOT i use to use nitro on my sniper 2 even with the reg it was super consistent....like +2-2 but with my step co2 is like +5-5 so i just use co2 now and sold my nitro tank to my friend!

Nitro(Compressed Air) What ever :p

Grayfox,

CO2 will work just fine on a Sniper II. A regulator will help stabilize the gas pressure entering the paintgun thus you should have less deltas in your velocity (especially helpful when rapid shooting).

An anti-siphon setup is a little, angled tube that is placed inside the CO2 bottle. When the bottle is screwed into your bottomline ASA and is horizontal, the end of the anti-siphon tube is pointing upward inside the tank. This way it is reducing the ability of liquid CO2 to get sucked into your paintgun. Any compenent airsmith can install an anti-siphon.

Hope this helps.
