3 man tourney
this is a 3 part tournement series each event will be held a month and 2 weeks apart at hot shots indoor karting and paintball. its called the rock your face off series due to the fact that each event will have one of the area's up and coming rock groups playing in game breaks. prizes will be given at each event and the 1st place rookie team will have the chance to win ions at the end of the series.
paint will be xball bronze for 50 or rec sport for 40
rookie will be a 60 dollar entry
1st place rookie prize at the first event will be 3000 psi compressed air tanks
2nd free entry to next event
3rd 1 free case of paint at next event
advanced entry will be $120 with a 75% cash pay out to first place
2nd will be a free entry to next event.
each event will have atleast 1 psp certified ref on staff to make sure calls go both ways
since the event is indoor we have decided begin the event at 5:00 pm with the rookie divison capatains meeting. advanced divisions captains meeting will take place at approximately 7:30. teams are garunteed 8 games with a semi and finals as needed. this enables refferees at other fields the chance to put in a half day or more work before cutting out to play the event.
rookie series points are weighted with each event. this gives teams that play the whole series and advantage so that teams still have a chance even if they havent placed as high as they would have liked to still win the ions.
the advanced division will be psp ramping the rookie will be semi automatic. this series will take place at an extremely proffesional level and refferees will be some of the area's best. the home team l.a. swat will due the reffing and will not be playing. the field is sup air with astroturf with a 4 mm ruber pad under.
teams are encouraged to arrive atleast 30 minutes early to prepare for the event. games in each division will begin approximately 15 minutes after conclusion of captains meeting.
teams must register by telephone by the teusday before the event. @ 334-983-3278 if nobody answers leave message and team name and contact number.
game leght will be 5 minutes for rookie 4 minutes for advanced..
teams must give players name at time of pre registration. any player with an appa number will be considered advanced.
the event will if at all possibility be done by midnight with the rock band closeing the evening and prizes being awarded.
