Hey guys, I got my quest last week and got it shooting ropes. I noticed that ya, the stock barrel was shooting pretty nice. But I was not getting as tight of groupings as I usually get with a UL. Anybody actually sat down and tested the two against eachother?

I have used both and they seem about the same accuracy wise. The UL is definately lighter.

Ive used both along with a bunch of other barrels. Accuracy comes down to barrel quality, paint quality, and paint to barrel match.
Both the UL and 007 are good quality barrels. The thing I have found that the 007 does better then the ul is shoot through breaks. The UL is ok with breaks whers the 007 was amazing when I broke a ball (I was shooting really crappy paint) I litteraly did not even know I broke a ball till I took the barrel off and saw paint some paint residue in it. The bore seem to be incredibly smooth which tecnicaly sould help make it more accurate. The reason I say tecnicaly is becuase I have not done a side by side test for the two of them.
To find out which one is really has the best accuracy you would need to shoot the same bore size, with the same paint, on the same gun, shooting the same speed.

Alrighty, I guess Ill go shoot both this weekend at a tourny and see how they do. On the comment about shooting through breaks thats 100% true, I was shooting shitty paint last weekend and completely blended in my barrel, it kept shooting like there was nothing in there I was pretty amazed when I looked down the barrel and was like holy shit. But for that reason alone right now im stickin with the 007 till I actually test the UL. Thanks for your responses.
