O.K. Last weekend I finally got to shoot my Quest and as excited as I was I am dissapointed. Don't get me wrong I do have total faith in my new Quest and I have faith that when all the problems are corrected it will be the best gun I have ever owned and I've owned them all (except ego which I picked the Quest over). Heres the deal. Ijust puchased my marker on the 17th I went to shoot it and I set the hpr and lpr according to the manual. I was happy with it until I got to about 500 rounds when it started to spike, break paint and drop off dramatically. So I took it back to the crono and reset the pressure according to the manual. I went back out onto the feild and in no time at all it was chopping and spiking and dropping off again (it never chronoed consistantly it was always between 264 and 297). So I left pissed off and when I got home I pulled out the bolt to wipe it down and re-lube it I noticed the front of the bolt was scratching from the tip back about a half inch (kinda like an angel bolt with the detent groves). I also changed batteries and turned off the eyes (without gas connected) to listen to the solinoid. I noticed it would click for about 2 shots then it would click quieter and stop totally after about 7 trigger pulls. So I put in new fresh batteries again and noticed the same thing a few loud clicks that quickly quieted down to nothing then it never even clicked again. I beleive that I got a bad solinoid I did change batteries multiple times and I also made sure the harness was properly connected. Like I said after reading post on PBreview and PBnation I truly feel that I made a great purchase. Unfortunantly I have barely put 1000 rounds through it and its not working anymore. I do love the barrel and the coffin it came in. I also love the weight and the accuracy. I put down my angel and my timmy for this marker and I am hoping that after this headache is over I will be able to sell my other markers and buy another Quest as a back up. Sometime this week I'm also going to take it back to the shop I bought it from and see what they have to say. Anyone else experience this type of problem?

First of all, you made the right choice. Quests are the bes shooting guns out there. Soon FEP will be on top. but my recommendation would be to use Hater Sauce and to send it in to FEP. They will fix it for free and have it back soon....working. They have the best customer service and will be glad to fix it. good luck
