I'm considering picking up an etek when they come out. So far what I know is that they're $750 off retailers, and are coming out the first week of july from the looks of it. What I really needed to know was the estimated price for an etek off the NIB forums. I was guessing anywhere between $650 to $700.

Does anyone THINK the stock barrel would need to be upgraded? I don't expect anyone to know but, keeping in mind PE's Ego line, what would you expect?

well, i would start by going to the NIB forum and getting a couple of quotes from the sellers. That would be a good start on discovering the actual pricing.

As for the barrel, i would try it first. I cannot see it being that bad, but you never know.

price is $750..
dont trust ppl who say they have them for way cheaper..it can be a scam..unless they have major feedback and are well known.

th barrel will be good.
i had no problem w/ any stock eclipse barrel.
this barrel is basiclly the same on a Sl66

Every site that I go on seem to have a set price of $750 for eteks.

and its not gonna get lower than that for some months im sure... that basically always happens with new guns being released...

Ussualy you can get a lower price than the MAP off the NIB forums.

It is illegal to advertise anything below $750 ...That is the MAP price.

I know, I created the thread in order to get an estimate on how much an etek would be sold for on the NIB forums aside from the advertised MAP price.

one guy gave me a quote of 660 shipped but has no feedback so... Not sure where I am going to go to get one.

nah not that long........if they make an 07 etek then u may be able to get an 06 etek 4 cheap

"IF" was the main word in my post..........i was just saying that if they decide to continue making eteks in the future then the old ones will go down in price......its plain and simple

It is also PLAIN and SIMPLE that all old markers have price reduction unless its a limited 1 of release. I usually say that the only stupid question is a question not asked but it seems sometimes people can prove it wrong.
