lower feed neck?

Is fep going to make a lower feedneck? Is any other company going to make a lower feedneck?

Lower...How much lower do you need.. It doesnt even Hold my Whole Empire Reloader neck....

Lower would be nice for those of us who fell in love with the low profile of the q-lock...but stock is pretty nice

It may not hold the whole Reloader B neck, but it still has a good half inch of material below that. Its basically a mid rise...

I think a no rise would make the guns look better. Not "No Pro" low, just a no rise.

yeah, or you could cut your feedneck. although that might void your warranty... i dunno.

You would have to rethread it then...and who carries a FEP feedneck thread tap/dye kit? Not many...

I assume the Quest uses some other common feedneck threading, am I correct? In which case, Im sure there are options.

no you wouldn't have to re-thread it just cut the top. i dunno much about feednecks but that might work.... i'm not sure though

Why cut the top of a perfectly good feedneck? If anything, cut the bottom of your Reloader B shells, its not like those last forever. And cutting the top of the feedneck would basically be useless unless you also cut the Reloader B shells as well. Why not just make a shorter feedneck and require no cutting?

I say ccm starts making feed necks for quests. I would love a no-pro.

i think the feedneck is fine. dunno where you find half an inch to take out.... but whatever. i have friends with the q-lock and theres not much difference.
