so i just aired up my quest after re-arranging my bolt o-rings into their correct places and when i have the lpr screw sticking out one thread the lpr is reading 75psi, which it never did before, normally i had to screw it in to get it up that high and my lpr is jumpinf quite a bit when i shoot. also w/ goldmember i need to get it up to 80psi to get it to shoot. i'm thinking i should send my gun in.... but i want to know if its something i can fix here. also i just replaced my lpr spring because the old one was being a piece of shit.

my lpr screw is about one thread out from flush. it used to be in a touch more but i lowered it recently. think its about 60psi. or so.(stock bolt) i think you know about the lpr spring issue, but take it out and see if you can squeeze it with your fingers. if you can its too soft and youll need a new one. might want to make sure the lpr piston is lubed and that the valve core isnt sticking. other than that, check and relube ALL your orings.

i just did that took my gun outside and fired it, it shot a few times then lpr pressure started falling and i re-aired up the gun and there was a leak coming from the LPR, i'm gonna call FEP and ship my gun out asap.

Check this out: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=1592277

I had the same problem. It was the middle o-ring on the bolt. It allows high pressure to leak back through your noid towards the LPR. It makes it look like the LPR is spiking, when it's really back pressure causing it. :xeyed:

It's solved my problems. Anyhow, check out that thread

That sucks :(

At least you know FEP is good about fixing stuff!

When my middle o-ring on my bolt got torn, it would leak out my LPR as well, and I swore my LPR was shot.

Well hopefully they will have it back in your hands quickly!

it happened to me to change the middle 017 o-ring I lubed my lpr to and now it works perfect. also if there is any kind of leak in the bolt it screws up the lpr as well.
