Why game 3?

Ok, well i was watching the finals last night and Dynasty took game 1, then they took game 2. After game 2 greenspan was doing an interview and the girl said something about game 3. I have TiVo so i rewinded it just to make sure i didnt make a mistake when i saw that Dynasty won game 1. Sure enough they won both game 1 and 2. So why was a game 3 needed?

yea isn't it like the nba where like the start of the playoffs its 3 out 5 the when they get closer to the finals its 4 out of 7 i could be wrong

Ok lets say since dynasty one the two first games then Xsv wins the other 2 games leaving one game ..Who ever wins the 5th game is champ. They try to make it fair so that the loasing team could have a chance and make it.
