Paintball Command Tournament News

PBC is in talks with the UAPL about hosting a regional qualifier 3 man and Top Gun UAPL event at our field! This event, if all things fall in place, will be sometime between June 30th to mid July. All talks are preliminary, and we will update you as soon as we confirm everything. This event will be filmed, and will be a sanctioned UAPL tourney. In the event talks with the UAPL falls thru, we will host our own version of Arena Ball on a similar date.

Top Gun = 1 on 1

3 Man = 15 ball cap and coaching

50' x 100' field set up

So...this means we will not be having the 5 man on June 11th. We are sorry if this dissapoints you, but your team will not want to miss this!

This 3 man format of arena paintball is perfect for all 5 man teams. This is a center flag format, 50' x 100' fields, playing back to back games with the best 5 out of 7 games determining the winner. We hope to eventually turn this into a league format on Friday nights, with lights, on site air, etc. The UAPL would kick off the season, and we would continue the league, with them returning once a year. Think about making plans for your team, who knows who might show up, or who gets on TV!

oh nice,ive always wanted to play a uapl field.If we can fit it in between swat and chi-town i definately will try my hardest to get a team out there.

Talked to Duke Hiilinger yesterday, the Pres of UAPL, and we are looking at July 9th, but he is worried about it being too hot. We are considering a Friday night and rent lights so it won't be so hot. Stay tuned, we will finalize these plans soon. Like we said before, if the UAPL backs out, this tourney will go on anyway, same style, same format.

Friday night would be pretty sweet. I can't play it if its July 9th because I'm reffing a tournament in Alabama. If its not on July 9th I'll be there for sure.

Will the uapl, be an open type format, or not? As they really don't have divisions, and most of the tourneys around are rookie tourneys.

Well hmm,itd be frikn hot but id still play.If its 3 man xball youd have extra people too sub if you are gettin to drained.I dont know,if you can get some huge lights for the night,thatd be tight.I just want to play a UAPL tourny so bad

It looks like the UAPL can't commit to coming to PBC, so we will just have our own UAPL tournament, PBC style!

I have to talk to Matty of RIK one more time (on Sunday), then we'll give all the details. RIK is handling the game format details and will be the referees. The fields may be slightly larger but not by much. This tournament will be a lot of fun!
