is evil still in nppl?

i read in some magazine that russian legion bought evil's nppl spot for 06. is that true? if so where is evil going to be playing this season?

Evil Factory never considered selling the team to Russian Legion. Some miss-direction on some peoples part. We are alive and well for 2006! Andrew, my younger brother was left teamless with the London Tigers moving on. It is a little dissapointing to see financial reality suck up some of the best teams in the world. Tigers will do well in the Millenium.

I understand the money situation. We pay for everything out of pocket. Oh and we are looking for a couple guys for Bunkerfest this fall as well. I sent a message to John Dresser about it.

^^That sucks. Paintball really needs some outside of the industry sponsors to help sponsor events to lower entry fees and such, making it easier to play in the big tournaments. I would play pb everyday after school and everytime i had free time, but its just too expensive and you can't afford it. I'm now working 16 hours every weekend to afford my pb adiction, but now i have no time to play until the summer. God damnit the world sucks.

Yea it normally runs us about $200.00/person to play in the big tournaments. But that goes to cover paint, hotel, gas, entry, etc.

If I am not mistaken it was Alex Fraige that said the spot was sold to the Russians. I believe it was in a facefull mag , I have it laying around here somewhere. Anyways it just goes to show that rumors can be printed as truths, and you shouldnt open your mouth if you dont know for sure. The Russians dont want to play 7man. They will stick with Xball. Thats not a rumor ALEX that is straight out of the RUssians mouth.
