Like 2700 miles one way. Let's call it 3000. Let's say we're REALLY lucky and get 30 mpg the whole way. at $3 a gallon...that's easily $300 in gas for a one way trip.

Though not knowing which Hawaii airport you'd fly out of...a cursory glance shows round trip air fare to LA about $300-$400.

Wow...my wild guestimate was actually right lol.

Though...we'd have much more fun if we plotted out a route hitting paintball fields over a weekend's worth of driving than you would flying over water!
