Trigger Programming Question

I recently got a Quest, however the guy did not put in the manual. I need to know the trigger programming setup, like where the firing modes are (what colour, which one is PSP ramping) and where the debounce is.

If someone can post the whole setup, that'd be great, thanks in advance guys.
