Efficiency Issues...

I've been playing around with my settings for awhile now but I can't seem to change any thing. I've got a 45/45 and on a full fill I can barely get two pods and a hopper off before I run out of air. So thats just under around 480 shots from a full fill and thats extremely pushing it. Any one else with a 45/45having this issue and can anyone offer some help? (I've tried everything the manual has said.

do you have a first run quest or a quest with a LPR Guage?

He's got a new Quest but his LPR gauge was dead on arrival so he threw a SP one on that doesn't read properly at all. It is timed the same way as the preproduction Quest I owned as well as what the manual reads.
