only team shooting cockers in the nxl is like a privilege.. Everyone now and days either use a matrix or a timmy. People always look down on it because they are "old school" but they are just like every other gun, they can shoot fast and accurate, but the only difference is that they are also efficent. It's the best gun that you can use!

We have not had any problems so far with getting shot in the pneumatics so I don't think so. But if it ever becomes a real problem then we might consider it.

OK, just got to watch that, after downloading the current QT.

WOW. Very impressive. What really caught my eye was the guy playing the snake (Zack Wake?), shooting one-handed. Never even thought of going that way, but I suppose with NXL full auto, that's a very valid shooting position.

I'm still waiting to see someone play NXL with a single trigger gun. Walking the trigger is sort of silly when you have full auto, right? :D

Our guys get shot in the pneumatics ALL the time and the guns work just fine.
In fact in the 23 years i have played I have been shot in the pneumatics plenty of times and I cant ever say that it took my gun out of play for the next game.

Here are a couple of things to point out.
1. There are no unsealed points on modern cockers that will allow paint to get into the pneumatics. The electro solenoid is sealed and covered, the LPR is sealed and the ram is sealed.
2. Matty does not have Mark Davis as his gun tech ;)

I have never seen an Ultimate cocker on the work bench from being shot in the pneumatics. These guns go through 70+ cases of paint a weekend and I have never seen any issues that I do not see on any other guns that shoot this much. Ya gotta remember that we sponsor teams that shoot all types of guns and the issues with long term use are the same from high end gun to high end gun.

You cant say "cockers do this" or "Dms do that" at this level of play. They all do "something" when you work them this hard. Mark does a great job and the pneumatics are not an issue from what I have seen.

major leagues such as nppl, psp nxl, forbids any covers for you gun or hopper. the only cover you can use is a tank cover. but thats pretty much it.

I got to shoot a black magic for the first time this week end. I was very impressed. It kicked a lot less that the karni's I've shoot. The guy at the feild is selling it for $500 with a empire kit so I think I might mave to p ick it up now that tag makes a board for them.

But are your stock or are you running mQ valves on them?
