Okay. After FEP hooked me up with a manual yesterday (thanks Rich!), I shot a 45/45 (cool fill at 4000 psi) empty, but I focused on tuning the gun and didn't keep track of the paint usage.
Today, I started with a 68/45 (cool fill at 3750 psi). The temperature in my test lab (read: basement  ) was 60 F. I had a mix of leftover paint, ranging from 2 weeks to 8+ months old (most of it was old). I sat the paint in the bathroom while I showered yesterday so it could absorb a tiny bit of moisture, but only for a few minutes and it was low on the ground. I shot up until I knew there wasn't much air left, but the balls still seemed to be shooting at roughly the same fps. I only broke one ball in the stock barrel!!!
Here's the breakdown
Air: 68/45 w/ 3750 psi
Temp: 60 F
Dwell (red): 9
AMB (white): 4
Trig-sen (blue): 25
L-Delay (green): 1
ABS (teal): 10
MRF (purple): 1
Fire Mode (yellow): 1
LPR: 90 psi
Chrono: 260 fps
# of shots: 1440 (9 pods and a Reloader B)
Air remaining: Not much (but still cycling)
And here's the kicker... 1440 off of a 68/3750 fill is pretty good efficiency, but I also had a leak out of the pin plug the whole time! I kept my thumb over it to minimize it's effect. Anyone have any recommendations on how to stop the leak? I tried blue loctite overnight (which worked for a short while) and teflon tape (which didn't work at all after reapplying twice). I'll try the loctite again, but I have a tournament tomorrow and they usually only fill to 3000 psi.
