Do you guys think it would be possible to make an identical bolt(that sleeve lke thing) out of delrin? do you think that would that change the preformance?

like shocker owners have found out a delrin bolt will tend to leak when it gets scratched. that's why there isn't one for the DM's. Not a good Idea.

a lightwieght bolt would be a good idea though... something i would definatly be intrested in.

yeah i was thinking more along the lines of carbon fiber, which would be awesome if someone like orange made one

the quest would need to have a larger customer base for orange to invest in making a new bolt... so that means:
1. Recruit people to FEP
2. Make them love the Quest lots
3.
4 Orange makes a bolt
5. Profit

exactly, YOU love your Quest, but it is not a widely used/known gun. the more people that see/use it, the bigger the family is going to get.

This is true. So if we were to work on getting people to pick up a quest. We would benefit by getting more upgrades. The only thing is that's a little easier said then done. However I have recommended it to a couple of friends and one of them is going to pick one up from 888 paintball next week.

a good thing to do would be to make a nice vid that shows every aspect of the quest. how easy to maintain, weight, size, how it shoots and so on. its one thing i miss. simple pictures and smal home made, bad quality clips of people dryfiering just dosent do it.
