Ok i just fell in love with quests but can i have some info. What are the barrel threads? Do they take their own boards? What is the deal with the adjustable grip frame? And when did FEP become a company? Thanks in advance

The Quest uses Autococker barrel threads. To answer one of your questions.

They take their own boards, companies are currently making boards for them. And NOX has theirs out already. The frame is adjustable back and forth. Way it is stock, or u can slide it back to give little more clearance between reg and guard, and to have the snatch grip sticking off the gun. FEP was out before cup.. but dont know how long.

the only thing i can say about the quest that is partially negative is that its trigger takes a little getting used to but thats all

only negative id say is the grips. Since the color rubs off so easily.

they're fixing that and giving anyone who has bad grips new ones for free and i'd say quest if your playing front, ego for back and either for mid but thats just my personal opinion

why ego front and quest back? the quest has less kick and is more accurate...so if your playing back (you finish the scentence lol), and the quesy is smaller and lighter...so if your playing front...you know what get a quest for whatever position you play! you wont regret it!!!

I've used pretty much every gun out there except for a Freestyle, and the Quest is easily in my top 3 choices. DM family, Vikings, or Quests top my list. And if its any consolation to ya, I shoot my Quest over all of them now. Egos are sweet guns, but I'm a spool lover and this gun takes the cake.

The barrel threads are cocker threads. They do take their own boards but DM boards will also work fine with no issues. There are 2 sets of screw holes on the underside of the body and the frame can move about a half inch forward if desired by the user. F.E.P. has been a company for a long time I believe but has been under the radar.
