The gun is great. I had a few problems in the beginning but fixed later on after i learned more about the gun. Biggest problem with the gun has to be that you have to lube it after 1000 shots. Which sucks big boogers IMO.

Posted the question twice but I'll answer twice. Simply unscrew the bolt from the gun. Lube up the bolt with Dow 55. Screw the bolt back in. It takes almost as much time as posting this reply. I've been using mine for a little while now and I do it after the games. This still has not cause any problems for me.

Any kinda real problems with the gun: orings wearing out alot? solenoids going out? how is the acccuracy, i know they are plenty fast. Is it pretty much a shocker, it seemes like a shocker with an LPR

O-rings, Still kind of uncertain, this IS a new marker, and i havent had to replace anything in the 10 cases thru, + God knows how much dryfire...
Accuracy is mostly Paint to Bore... ive had 1 Chop <Bip <1> <PsP> <dead Empire> > but more barrel breaks then anything else
It feels Somewhat like a Shocker, and Shoots about the same, but the quest is Noticeably better. It takes the Best of both, Lpr/timmy Style trig, and Shockers Spool valve design, but Simplify's it.

mines been reliable through 6hrs of play with no lubeing of the gun what so ever, the 1000 shot thing is not true

it really just depends on what lube you use. If you use a more sticky lube like hatersauce or slick honey in the colder weathers you will have to relube constantly. If you use like dow 33, dow 55 or any of those water based (or whatever stuff) then you shouldnt be lubing that much in colder weathers. Well spring is comming up soon ill have to break out the hater and slick soon and do a review on those.

I played with it for one day and one day only so what I have to say could be one sided. I was playing a tourney using a DM4 of my buddies and this guy was hyping this gat I was at first turned off I thought that it looked like a Pirana E-force gun (at first) and a Shocker cross. But I payed the guy like 20 bucks I think to use it for the tourney. To say the least it's a semi decent gun when it comes to weight, however the eye system *meh* its okay but nothing that I could Brag about and coming from a WDP/Dye owner it just didnt feel right to me. Trigger rocked pretty decently got a bit of bounce out of it that had the refs confiscating it from me after the game but the couldnt get anything out of it(so that was pretty cool). All in all it's a decently made gun but it's just that decent not anything special at all.(to me) Hey your on nation and while I'm not the biggest Shocker supporter in the world you can usually get a HE Bolt and Vision shocker off nation with Virtue or Mussashi for 500 while this gun is so new that if you buy it used you would just do better to buy it brand new for like what 850, I'm sorry but it didnt leave a big enough impression on me for me to even consider buying one.

I have put about 4 cases through my quest consistently without having to lube it. 1000 shots then lubing isn't necessary, IMO.

I've had mine since they first came out and I have never had any problems. Just relube the bolt after everyday and you are good to go. Right out of the box the gun blew my expectations out of the water.

my friend has one and he said he likes it more than a shocker,................ i would to cuz ive shot it and it ropes paint and the only thing i really dont get is the whole 007 thing on the barrel and how the barrel insert is backwards like the insert screws into the the tip of the barrle as where like on a ul the tip screws into the back only thing i didnt like about the quests

The barrel screwing in weird would not effect anything accuracy wise.

Yes but it's something new and scary to the world of conventional paintball barrels

i still love my quest.. aside from the crappy Paintjobbed grips id use this over many other markers I have tested /owned..i still want to try a 06 cyborg, and DM6....
I prefer the Feel over Timmys, cockers and Angels. i Love the trigger ^^
its pretty fast, i can get a nice string, and i have set mine up to have a little boucne when im gettin 13-14.
and for that barrel, its Very nice, its allot lighter then it looks. the Odd 2peice does get me confused somtimes, but it really doesnt matter much when its on the gun, and i Dont even use my stock barrel, unless its for Show... i still love my Redz...
the Only problem ive ever had was that it leaked out the Back of the gun <isnde the Allenhole in bolt> a little blue loctite fixed it and its perfectly fine..
I tend to lube mine after every day of play *Roghly 2500 shots* i notice a performance decrease when im getting to the end of the day, but after i lube it *a Whopping 10 seconds,if your just chillin* it works pefectly fine ^^ Keep in mind im Out here in Hawaii, So i have a consistent avg 80* with High humidity, incase it effects anything.
