hey the paint on the red part of my grip is rubbing off with easy. anyone else have this happening?

i custom cut some dye hybrid grips to fit my quest, looks sexy

they look like old angel grips... or are they completly custom.

Ya all the painted on graphics wear off after a few times using it. Mine also wore almost all the way off after the first weekend.

Sorry about the grip screen coming off. We are working on getting this fixed. when we do I will let you know and get new ones out to all that want them. Again I appologize for any inconveniance.

Very Nice! I really appreciate the work and customer service your company is doing. I've had many companies send me a product that either didn't work or had some other kind of defect and not one ever tried to do anything about it. Keep up the great work over there.

^^^agreed. Seems to be a very stand up company. Also, if the big problem with the gun is the grip ink coming off I'd say they are doing pretty good.

FEP has great customer service, i think they are one of the best company's out there. they have one tiny little problem upon release of their marker and they offer to fix it anyway. good job FEP!

Yes they do, and like Rich said we will be fixing the screening problem.
The black/Red grips come on the Red, Black, and pewter.
The blue/black grips come on the Blue Quest. Hope this helps.

yep! Best customer Service ive ever had!
i'd think they're about equal to blast but i read the warranty and i wasn't thrilled, only 1 yr on electronic and mechanical parts and its only from deffects..... plus blast fixes everything for free unless you need a major part like the board or noid replaced
