I know this is probibly a stupid question, but, what if you get a bloody kiss that stays longer than a week and still looks fresh?

Um, try asking a doctor. Does it hurt? Is it getting infected. Use some common sense.

It hasn't changed, and he said it doesn't hurt any more.

By "bloody kiss," I assume you mean welt.
I still have one from over a month ago...its faded and doesn't hurt anymore, but its still there. but it wasn't from a normal paintball. It hurt a LOT, and bounced, and the guy who shot me disappeared after the game. I've been playing paintball for 4 years and so I know what a normal hit feels like, and it wasn't a normal hit.
In general, the welts fade after 1-2 weeks. Just give it some more time. If you're worried put some antibacterial cream on it.

A bloody kiss is more like a blood blister the size and shape of lips, like a lipstick stain. It hurts like hell for days, then just fades out.

LOL, no. I cant believe none of u know what a bloody kiss is. Everyone that plays alot has had at least two of them.
They usually happen when shot at close range, and sometimes they bleed.
