yes you can but if would be nice to have the "F" stamp on them. that is for if they check them. i put mine in the household goods. but i know of guys that brought them back from the states when they went home on leave. but i do believe you can.

The F is only in Germany and since there are more than 1 country in Europe it would be nice to know what country you want to goto?

If you aren't going to stop over in Germany then you don't need the F. If you are bringing a tank you need to have the bottle and regulator seperated. If they ask if you have a firearm, say NO... Saying YES will bring up a **** load of questions and then they will start asking their supervisors the regulations which will be more time. So again, they will ask "Do you have any firearms" Say "NO."
