Hey guys, just looking to put some information out to everyone in the region concerning the formation of a new tournament paintball series catering to the entire east coast. The event information listed below is our first tournament and is a precursor to what will become a complete tournament series. All following events will contain even bigger cash prizes. Rocky Mount Paintball Complex 3 Man Tournament for January 21st
· 1st place team will receive $1,000.00 cash plus a trophy for each player. 2nd place will receive $500.00 cash along with trophies, and 3rd place will receive $250.00 cash and trophies.
· Entry fee for each 3 man team will be $200.00 which is payable by check, credit card, or of course cash and includes all day air. Our registration form will be available to download on our website (http://www.rockymountpaintball.com) in the very near future.
· This is a field paint only event. We will have great paint available at great prices.
· Cut off date for tournament entry is 4:00pm on Wednesday January 11th, no exceptions.
· Ramping will be allowed in our tournaments, with the industry standard of a 15 ball per second cap. Markers are allowed to ramp after 3 trigger pulls. The first three trigger pulls must be semi auto.
· No profanity at all. This rule will be strictly enforced.
· 300 fps field limit
· Captains meeting to be held at 9:00am, and play will begin at 10am.
· 5 minute games
· Each team entering the event is guaranteed to play in a minimum of 6 matches. Any increase in number of matches and schedule grid will ultimately depend upon the number of teams entering the event.
· Each match will be worth a maximum of 100 points and scoring for the event will be as follows:
Eliminatation of an opposing player 5
Team members remaining 5
Flag pull 20
Flag hang 50
