I'll be there, seeing as how I live only 15 minutes from the complex. I'll try to snap a few pics while I'm at it.

Well, I played, and though my skills were definitely having an off day I had a good time.
The facility is wonderful, with two indoor airball fields and one outside, with space for many more. One indoor field is a Super 7 setup, and the other is a very sparse and symetrical arrangment they call "Murder Alley." The outdoor field is an Angel setup. Indoors the playing surface is astro turf, which is both slick and deep so you will want to bring your cleats. It's a fun surface to play on, and even a big slow guy like me was able to slide around with ease.
The staff is very friendlyand helpful, and since the retail store is right next door anything you need in terms of parts and gear is readily available. My friends and I started playing around 1, and until 6 or so there were more than enough players around to have lots of walk-on games on the rec fields. There was a larger group of younger players who were just finishing up as we arrived, and a few teams, Mountain Havoc and Nobodys were on site. I don't have as many good things to say about the paint, however. Both my friend's Ion and my Wrath (which had up until this point, never broken paint) were bursting the stuff quite frequently. I've still got 3/4 of a case left so I'll be all set to play next time I go.
I'm proud to say that Team Paroxym were the first pump/stock players to set foot on the new Insane field.
There WILL be a ~$300 annual membership offered, which I plan on buying.
The real Grand Opening is still a few weeks off, definitely after the new year. Look for team Trauma, Keely Watson, magazine coverage, Inustry trailers, and the local radio DJs to be on site.
I managed to snap a few unremarkable pictures.

Thanks for the compliments on our new facility. As for the paint, we will definately be handling that issue. For whatever reason it seemed to shoot much better today (Sunday) than it did yesterday on opening day.
Either way we will work that out. I'm not sure what made it soo brittle. Your pictures turned out well and thanks for posting them here.
As for the grand opening, none of those names are official YET, as we have only contacted a few people about coming down, but we will have a regulation X-Ball, one more 5 man airball, and a woods field outdoors before grand opening in late January. Hopefully we will continue to improve things and make this one of the best facilities in the Southeast to get to play at so everyone should definately keep an eye out for Insane Paintball in 2006!
We appreciate you coming down though and hope to see you again!
Thanks for the support,
Jared Powell
