This is a farewell message to all who have come to know KTB and play for KTB. After two years we are throwing in the towel. Jerry and I started this team in the hope of forming a competive paintball team that can play anywhere and at anytime compete with anyone. I feel that we have accomplished this mission in the reconizition that we have obtained in under two years.

But Im not having fun anymore it seems that competion paintball is not about winning. Its all about politics and trying to keep a team together. Paintball should be about playing hard, being with freinds and winning also. It should not be seeing who you can screw over to advance your own agenda, having to kiss ass to get good calls, or having to worry if one of your teammates will betray the team in some stupid manner that does not pertain to anything of importance.

Six years later I quit paintball as far as tournaments go and end the name of KTB to pursue a career in the area of scenario paintball. We will be starting a new team with a new name(which has not been determined). Many who know me might think this is crazy and blown way out of proportion. But if you think about it what could be better than paintball with your friends and camping. Already we plan on going to Skirmish for the Invasion of Normandyhttp://skirmish.com/scenario.html.
Anyone who would be interested in this contact me and let me know your feelings and ideals.

I would like to wish everyone on KTB past & present a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

I would like to thank Shawn & Jerry for the opportunity to play with KTB for the time that I did. I could not have asked for a better group of guys to start my tournament experience with.

At this time, I would also like to annouce that I will be moving back to NY to be close to my family as my son grows up. I would like to wish everyone the best of luck in their careers both on and off the field and in life.

P.S. Shawn, we talked the other day and I will keep in touch. I'll meet you at Skirmish sometime this year. It's a lot closer to NY than it is to TN.

P.P.S. Chris K, I appreciate you working on that other thing for me. Let me know if you find anything for me.

I know. I wish things had worked out different.
But, the promotion I was supposed to get at work didn't pan out. And with KTB splitting up, they were signs that it was time to go back to NY.

The only person I don't know about is Aaron Jackson. He may need a team to play with. Talk to Shawn about his scenario team. It seems like fun and I plan on meeting him in PA.

well guys just wanted to say that i enjoyed playing with all of you and i am still in the game for now if anyone wants a halfway decent backman let me know love you all and hope to see you on the feild in the future

This goes out to everyone who played with KTB in 2005. I am disappointed.
During this last season, I feel I did everything I could to help the next guy out.

Examples:
1. My toolbox was open to everyone all year. Need an allen wrench, lube, rag, barrel buffer, etc.
2. My markers. I let Cody borrow my NYX and tank at Black River so he would have a marker with ramping. I was without my DM4 for almost 2 months while it saw it's way to the CFOA, Smackz and Ultimate Madness. I know it was used at Madness because in the pics of Chris he is using it.
3. Rides. I was always more then welcome to give people rides to practice and/ior tourneys.
4. Pods. When the case of CP pods would up missing I would allow people to use my extra pods.
5. Batteries. I don't know how many batteries were taken from me without any payback.
6. Money. If people where short on cash I fronted it and would allow people to pay me back.

Why do I bring this up? Because the last tourney I played was Black River and since the team was low on pods I allowed the team to use mine. I wasnt going to need them any time soon because the baby was due. I figured I would get them back once the team I started playing again. But the team broke up and now I have NO pods. I have talked to Chris K and he is trying to locate them for me, but I tried to get in touch with Kyle because they were in the trailer and he didn't respond.

I had 13 pods. 9 Dye Lock Lid Pods and 4 miscellaneous ones (2 Fat Boys, 1 CP and another generic one.) I think it sucks that once KTB broke up, people looted the trailed and now I have no pods. I will most likely be moving within the next 2 months and have no pods to play with. I bought all the Lock Lid pods and picked up the others. Since we have other expenses now (BABY) I can't run out and buy new pods.

SO THANKS FOR TAKING MY PODS, I APPRECIATE IT.

I just wanted to announce that it is official. I will be leaving the beautiful state of Tennessee and moving back to Syracuse, NY on April 8th, 2006.

I just wanted to say it has been a pleasure to know all of you.
I also wanted to thank everyone for helping return my pods to me. :mad:
