My p series pgp wont shoot, the pin will peirce the 12 gram, but no co2 will come out the tube when you fire.
I was wondering if there was any simple solution to the problem.

the "p" series has the older valve, and needs a special tool.

ok, i got it working, i dont think it was making a big enough hole or something, but now it leaks a bit out the barrel, will putting oil on the tip of the 12 gram stop that?

it's like the Twilight Zone - I'm having the exact same problem with my older PGP. Mine is a 1995. No problem with the piercing, but, it leaks like a sieve with the changer screwed all the way in. When I back the changer out a little, it stops, but the air flow is erratic, and breaks paint from the hellatious air blast. Mine came to need some valve work. Looks like a wayward o-ring in the valve may be the culprit. If you own even one Sheridan pump, a valve removal tool may be a great addition for the tool kit. Hope this helps, and let us know how it turned out.

yea, ithought it might be a problem with my valve assembly or something, since it is the only part of the gun I could not dissasemble. I have heard about the pgp tool, and was wondering if there were any paintball stores that specialize in sheridan parts and stuff, as the local paintball supplier doesn't sell pgps, never mind old dissasembly tools
thanks for the help

If you contact Sheridan at www.sheridanusa.com, or 585-657-6161, they will be more than happy to sell the valve tool you need. They also have them at www.skanline.com. Good luck!
