Is a ramping gun cheating? Only if your in a non ramping tourney

Is a hot gun cheating? Yes, and unsafe

truley if a non obvious hit (one you dont feel, pack, shoe) i dont consider it cheating if your hit on the head or hand, somthing you feel well, it is a cheating
