I guess you mean hammer instead of ram...
Those parts just slide on and off the tubes, no hard work needed. There's only one thing that you have to pay attention: you need to move the sear down or the hammer won't get in the tube. When sliding it in, put some pressure behind the bolt and pull the trigger. The sear will go down and the hammer will get in. If not, remove the grip frame and put the hammer/bolt back to the tubes.
