I am sorry if this is a repeat. I searched the stickys and other threads for this but could not find my answer. I just wanted to know how many shots can yall get off your tanks. I have a 72/4500 stubby. Are there ways to improve the number of shots/tank? Thanks

Definately not, The promaster doesnt get anywhere near a Case stock.

Oh , and you'll probably get around 1200

My initial testing with my setup is about 1700 shots on a 68/4500. I'll know more after this weekend.

Did you test what you got with the stock setup?

the best way to increase efficiency is to go LP. make everything high-flowing and reduce the friction. http://www.ottersccusoms.com/lp.html <--- check it out. while you're there check out his other stuff like project LP and his reviews. he also shows you step by step how to make your marker Low Pressure.
by the way, i get about 1000 shots with my 12 oz. b/c of his advise and tips.

What are you talking about??? The promaster IS an lp gun. It runs at 250 to 300 psi stock. It's not a spyder. :dodgy:

I did some exended testing this weekend.
I filled my 68/4500 to 4500 psi which cooled down to 4200. I shot 9 pods and a Halo and had 1000 psi left. I was shooting right at 285 fps with a Pipe barrel. I was running uncapped ramping with an Angry Halo with fresh batteries. This isn't a stock gun though. It has a prototype JDS LPR, Sidewinder and Tornado Valve.

140 or 150 pods?

That would be either 1430 or 1520. Not bad at all. :)

Yeah and that was on 3200psi which is great news for us unfortunate souls who are stuck with a 3000 psi tank. If i can get 1000 shots on a 68/3000 Ill be really really happy. Almost time to test the gun out. Just one more leak to fix.

140 pods, but I pack them tight and it was small bore paint, .683. 1400 is a good number. It's definitly enough for most people. I had so many people wondering what it was. Especially when I started ripping on it. Warparty got a bit of vid I'll post later.

Don't you have a very nice upgraded lpr on your promaster Dan? The stock ICD lprs are always kinda ehhhh. I'd expect like 1200 from a stock promaster unless of course you are talking with a stock lpr (if so I take my words back).
