I want to shoot faster?

What do I need to up the speed of my gun?
Right now I guess it shoots around 13-14 bps (stock).

I have an ICON E. Nothing done to the trigger or frame yet. Can you help me out.

I keep hearing about swapping out the boards and stuff, but don't know what will fit in my gun.

which t-board is good?
ESP or PRIMAL?
